- We install hidden code to enable us to monitor traffic to your website, watch how visitors navigate, where they originate, where they are located - this helps us understand how we may better modify the site's navigation system to accomodate you and your visitors and make sure everything runs smoothly. If you prefer, we will gladly not add this extra no charge service. We may not keep it turned on indefinately but only monitor the site occasionally.
An optional code for live help can be installed using one of our live help services. You can have your staff monitor visitors to your web site and offer help any time of day or turn it off allowing visitors to send email only. You can talk to us about your specific needs and work out a plan.
